Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter

  2. The Competition

    1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://bigbabybundles.co.uk (the “Website”).
    2. All competitions are skill-based competitions. Entry fees for online entries are payable each time you enter. Where the Promoter offers an easy or multiple-choice question, a free entry route is available.
    3. To be in with a chance of winning, every Entrant must correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”).

  3. How to Enter

    1. The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website (the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date”). All times and dates are London, England.
    2. If absolutely necessary, the Promoter may change the Opening and/or Closing Dates. Any change will be shown on the Website. The Closing Date will not be extended merely to sell more entries.
    3. All entries must be received by the specified time on the Closing Date. Entries received after that time may be disqualified without a refund.
    4. The maximum number of entries will be stated on the Website. Your ability to enter may be limited if the maximum is reached.
    5. Entrants may enter as many times as allowed until any user or overall limit is reached. Free entries must be posted separately; bulk free entries count as a single entry.
    6. To enter online:
      1. Go to the Website and view the Competition Question.
      2. Select your answer and required number of entries.
      3. Complete the checkout process and submit the online registration form.
      4. Complete payment to receive your order confirmation.
      5. You may repeat this process up to your ticket limit or until all tickets are allocated.
    7. All entries must be submitted in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified without refund.
    8. Unless using the free entry method, the Promoter will send confirmation that your entry has been received along with your ticket number(s).
    9. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that fail, are lost, or delayed due to equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, hardware, or software issues of any kind.
    10. By purchasing entries and submitting an entry, you enter into a contract with the Promoter and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    11. Free postal entry method (all conditions must be met):
      1. Send an unenclosed postcard by first or second-class post to: Big Baby Bundles LTD, 1 Cooper Street, Flat 27, Stockport, SK1 3QL.
      2. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the draw.
      3. Include:
        1. Your full name;
        2. Your address;
        3. A contact telephone number and email address; and
        4. The competition you are entering and your answer to the Competition Question.
      4. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
      5. You may make multiple free entries (subject to any limits) but each must be posted separately; bulk entries in one envelope count as one entry.
      6. By entering, you confirm you are eligible and accept these terms and conditions.
      7. Your entry must be received before the Closing Date. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt or entry.
      8. The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry or confirm whether your answer is correct.
      9. If any entry cap is reached before your free entry is received, it will not be entered into the draw.
      10. You must have created an account on the Website and all postal entry details must match that account. Postal entries without a registered account cannot be processed.

  4. Choosing a Winner

    1. All Entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question will be entered into a random draw. The draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 7 days of the Closing Date (the “Draw Date”).
    2. Entrants’ names and entry numbers may be included in a spreadsheet that is published on the Website and/or visible during the live draw. To opt out, email info@bigbabybundles.co.uk as soon as possible after entry and no later than 48 hours before the live draw.

  5. Eligibility

    1. The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except:
      1. Employees of the Promoter;
      2. Employees of agents or suppliers professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
      3. Members of the immediate families or households of the above.
    2. By entering, you confirm you are eligible to enter and to claim any prize. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility. Failure to provide it within a reasonable time may result in disqualification.
    3. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
      1. Automatically generated by computer; or
      2. Incomplete.
    4. The Promoter may disqualify you for conduct contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition, including rudeness or abuse towards the Promoter or anyone associated with them.
    5. Subject to clause 11.3, no refunds of entry fees will be given, including if:
      1. You later discover you are not eligible to enter or claim the prize;
      2. Eligibility criteria change and you are no longer eligible; or
      3. You are disqualified for any reason.
    6. If an Entrant engages in any form of fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or concealment, hacking/interference with the Website, or unauthorised code changes, all entries will be void, no refunds will be given, and they may be barred from future competitions.

  6. The Prize

    1. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If any prize details change, the Website will be updated as soon as reasonably possible.
    2. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties about the prize, its value, its condition, or any Website information, including accuracy, completeness, or currency.
    3. The prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”), where stated on the Website.
    4. The Promoter may substitute the prize for a cash alternative (“Cash Prize”) if the prize becomes unavailable or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary.
    5. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

  7. Winners

    1. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    2. The winner’s full name will be announced during the live draw. To request censorship of your name, email info@bigbabybundles.co.uk with reasonable time before the draw.
    3. The Promoter will contact the winner as soon as practicable after the Draw Date using the contact details provided. If the winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or has not claimed the prize within 21 days of the Draw Date, the Promoter may offer the prize to an Alternate Winner selected at random from the remaining correct entries. The Alternate Winner has 21 days to accept. This process may repeat until a winner accepts.
    4. The Promoter must publish or make available information indicating that a valid award took place. The full name and county/town of major prize winners will be published on the Website.
    5. If you object to publication of any or all of your surname, county/town of residence, and winning entry, email info@bigbabybundles.co.uk prior to the Closing Date. The Promoter may still need to provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

  8. Claiming the Prize

    1. You must claim the prize personally. It cannot be claimed by a third party. Delivery/collection details are published on the Website or available on request.
    2. If your contact details change, notify the Promoter at info@bigbabybundles.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible, stating the competition, your old details, and new details. If changes occur within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter may use your old details to contact you.
    3. Any Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide evidence that they are the sole or joint beneficiary. Failure to do so within 14 days results in disqualification and forfeiture; the prize may then be offered to the next eligible Entrant.
    4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and is not liable to pay compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    1. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from taking up the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, distributors, or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  10. Data Protection and Publicity

    1. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided may be used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition or as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available on the Website).
    2. If you are the winner, you agree the Promoter may use your name, image, and town/county to announce the winner and that you will participate in reasonable publicity.
    3. If you do not wish to participate in publicity, notify the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. This will not affect your chances of winning. The Promoter may still need to provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority to evidence proper administration and prize award.
    4. If you are the winner, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of identity to confirm eligibility and transfer ownership of the prize. You consent to such use. You may request details of use or withdraw consent, but doing so may prevent transfer of the prize and result in forfeiture without refund; the prize may then be offered to the next eligible Entrant.
    5. You may request that the Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. This withdraws you from the competition and no refund is due. To prevent use of your personal details for promotional purposes, email info@bigbabybundles.co.uk prior to the Closing Date.

  11. General

    1. The Promoter may amend these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on the Website.
    2. If there is reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may exclude you from this and future competitions.
    3. The Promoter may hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, entry fees you have paid will be refunded.
    4. There is no minimum number of entries. The draw will take place and the prize will be awarded regardless of entry numbers; the Closing Date will not be extended due to low entries.
    5. Competitions on the Website are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, you agree Facebook has no liability and is not responsible for administration or promotion.
    6. These terms are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
    7. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.
